UB30: SEVEN WINEYARDS CHALLENGE

UB30: SEVEN WINEYARDS CHALLENGE is cca 1200km unsupported bikepacking challenge, the goal of which is to visit 30 WayPoints designated by the organizer, as quickly as possible, along voluntary route that challenge participants prepare themselves or will be able to use a recommended route, the aim of which will be primarily to avoid busy roads.

In 2027, the sixth edition of UB30 series will start and end in czech town Břeclav and we have chosen as WayPoints natural and cultural attractions in southern Moravia, Wachau, Wien, Balaton area, Váh valley and Malé and Bílé Karpaty.

The biggest theme of UB30 Challenge will be riding through wineyards, so in addition to 30 WayPoints, participants will be required to complete 7 fixed gravel sections along some of the most beautiful roads through wineyards in Czechia, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia … and one fixed route through Wien.

SHORT VARIANT UB20

UB20 is intended for UltraBikers who do not dare (or do not want to sacrifice so much time) to complete full route. UB20 variant has first 8 mutual WayPoints with UB30, before hill Schöplf, at cca 280.km, both routes separate and also riders registered on UB30 can move to shorter variant.

The length of its optimal route will be around 900 km and 7000m elevation. UB20 variant doesn´t include big climbs at WPs Schöpfl, Kab hegy and Velká Javořina.

DATE, START AND FINISH, EVENT BACKGROUND

DATE OF START: Thursday, August 19, 2027, at 8:30 AM,
PLACE OF START AND FINISH: club Cyklosféra, Břeclav (CZ)
LIMIT: the main organizer will be waiting at the finish line until Monday, August 23, 10 PM. Arriving at the finish line after the limit does not mean being removed from the list of finishers, just there will be no personal welcome.

PRE-START MEETING, PRESENTATION

Presentation, numbers and GPS tracker pick-up will take place in Cyklosféra from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Wednesday, and on the day of the start from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM.

UB30 participants will have opportunity to spend the night before start in Cyklosféra apartments or in nearby hostel Tereza. We can arrange dinner and also breakfast.

Price for accommodation: Cyklosféra 650 CZK / 26 EUR, hostel Tereza 500 CZK / 20 EUR. Breakfast for 200 CZK or 8 EUR

GPS TRACKING

UB30 Riders will be equipped with GPS trackers, thanks to which it will be possible to follow the course of a challenge on Internet, via FollowMe tracking application.

Registration will be launched on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 8:30 PM, through a form in section „UB30 Registration„

ENTRY FEE

Entry fee for participation in UB30: Seven Wineyards is 2500 CZK / 100 EUR

Entry fee includes: GPS tracker rental, starting number, GPX files with recommended route, stickers, diploma for finishers, small refreshment in finish

CYCLING CAPS AND T-SHIRTS

In addition to Entry Fee, Riders can order also cycling caps, for 450 CZK / 18 EUR or T-shirts for 400 CZK / 16 EUR.
The caps can be ordered via race registration form.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CHALLENGE

In case of cancellation of participation:
– if cancellation is made by 31.7.2027, it is possible to transfer it once to any other UltraBikers Cup event until the end of 2028, without a cancellation fee
– if cancellation is made in the period 1.8.-18.8.2026, a cancellation fee of 500 CZK is charged, the rest can be transferred

The entry fee paid can be transferred to another person at any time, without a cancellation fee.
